TESSA MARSHALL
Tessa is founder and Director of Marshall Coaching Group. Tessa consults to corporate clients on Executive Coaching, Career Counselling and Communications Training and works privately from the St Ives clinic as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Career Coach.

Jennifer has over 20 years professional experience in enhancing individual and corporate performance in Sydney. Executive and career coaching are her key strengths and passion.
Jennifer understands the demands of a corporate career. Her own business experience has included establishing and managing a successful Marketing Division within a national corporation. In addition, she has over 12 years experience in a professional services industry consulting to both the private and public sectors.
Dr Peter Tuchin is passionate about enriching people’s physical wellbeing at work and at home. As well as being our specialist Health Coach, Peter oversees his own Health & Wellness clinic, working actively to treat patients, is a senior lecturer at Macquarie University, world-renowned migraine researcher, with a PHD on headaches and migraines, and consultant to industry on OHS, Ergonomics, stress prevention and injury management.
Emma is an HR & Careers Practitioner who founded her HR Consulting Firm, Changing Places HR Services in 2004 and subsequently Mums@Work in 2007 to support mums returning to the workforce and to help progressive employers implement family friendly practices. Emma partners with Marshall Coaching as a specialist career coach, trainer and facilitator in the areas of work-life balance and returning to work after parenthood.
