Diana
is an Executive, Team & Business Coach and a Professional Trainer with an
extensive background in Management, Training, Leadership and Development.
Based in Melbourne, Diana partners with Marshall Coaching Group when high quality leadership development in Victoria and the Western states is part of our client requirements.
Relevant experience
In the ten years leading to her
successful coaching business, Diana thrived in a corporate capacity in Sales
and Training. This included many achievements in State Management.
Diana knows how organisations and
businesses tick from the inside out. Her experience in these professional roles
is the drive behind her passion to support people in their search for improved
performance, productivity and balance.
Greatest Achievements
Diana
expanded a management team from 12 to 58 and created an environment where self-development
and the realisation of individual potential were priorities. She trained fifty new Team Managers on how to select, train, coach, lead and motivate
their teams.
Through a team of fourteen Senior Managers, Diana also directed up
to fifty-eight managers in Victoria who in turn achieved company and individual
goals. Under Diana’s leadership her
team was the first State in Australia to achieve $2m and then $3m in sales in a
single month.

Diana works
with dynamic people wanting to perform at a higher level whilst maintaining a
balanced life. This includes Executives, Business Owners, Leaders, Managers and

Diana inspires with her
unflagging enthusiasm, energy and passion for achievement. Also, a coach’s
coach, Diana trains, mentors and assesses new coaches in the Results Coaching
Systems methodology with a foundation of Neuroscience.
