Meg is an instructional designer and E-Learning Specialist with a track record of using eLearning to maximise the balance between instilling new learning without blowing the budget. She excels in ensuring course participants can access materials in whatever way is most convenient and relevant for them.
Meg specialises in eLearning strategy, design & development; instructional design, instructor-led training design and deliver and partners with Marshall Coaching Group on Leadership Development programs requiring a blended-learning design format.

Meg has been E-Learning & Education Specialist at Kronos Asia Pacific for five years and was formerly a Training Consultant with Kronos and in her own business for over six years. Previously she was a consultant at Horwath Recruitment & Training and had a former 9 year career encompassed teaching both within schools, colleges and in adult education
